On a sunny Saturday, May 17th, 2025, the vibrant town of Banyumas witnessed an extraordinary celebration of English language skills. English Fun (E-Fun 2025), the annual extravaganza organized by the Banyumas English Teacher Forum, brought together talented students from various schools. This year's event was particularly special, as Muhammadiyah University, Senior High School 1 Ajibarang took the show.

With 43 enthusiastic participants, mostly from X and XI grades, the school showcased their linguistic prowess in 13 thrilling competitions. The energy was palpable as students competed in singing, yelling contests, poetry reading, and whispering chain, among others.

The hard work paid off, as Senior High School 1 Ajibarang emerged victorious in four prestigious categories: singing in the second place, yelling contest in the third place, poetry reading in the 5th place, and whispering chain in the 6th place. Their outstanding performances earned them the coveted championship titles.

E-Fun 2025 was more than just a competition; it was a platform for students to hone their English skills, build confidence, and foster friendships. The event's success was a testament to the dedication of the Banyumas English Teacher Forum and the participating schools. As the curtains closed on this year's event, everyone looked forward to next year's E-Fun, eager to showcase their talents once again.
